Since the inception of the economic service, the town has checklisted a certain number of steps to be taken in order not only to propose to potential investors the most adequate areas but also to make sure that development will take place in conformity with local standards and requirements related to the surroundings. This type of action is part of a general policy which must take local requirements into account and which can by no means be ignored.

Potential investors must have no fear that the Directorate of Economic affairs might just turn out to be one more facet of the town's services which would only make the whole process more complex: on the contrary, it is an additional structure which is highly familiar with existing procedures hence able to direct and entertain any queries with precision and without loss of time. As a result, demands can be treated accordingly, taking into account that it is also to the benefit of the town to make sure that the investor becomes an important and valuable partner in the economic development of the area and can find its place within an environment of professional companies
